6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Effects of Withdrawal

If the Buyer withdraws from this Contract, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Buyer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the Buyer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed about the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from this Contract.

The Seller will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Buyer used for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Buyer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The Buyer shall send back the product(s) or hand them over to the Seller without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Buyer communicates their withdrawal from this Contract to the Seller. The deadline is met if the Buyer sends back the product(s) before the period of 14 days has expired.

The Buyer will bear the direct cost of returning the product(s).

8. Warranty

The product(s) sold under this Contract are subject to the legal warranty provisions. If the product(s) are defective or do not conform to the order, the Buyer has the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from this Contract, the Buyer may submit their complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in the Buyer’s location.
